A significant aspect of the Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department’s offerings is providing indoor recreation opportunities to the community. With a growing population and changing recreational needs, the City desired to determine the most effective and efficient way to provide indoor recreational services for the community. The City subsequently contracted with PROS Consulting to complete an Indoor Recreation Needs Assessment Plan.
