Facilitation Services + Political Savviness

PROS facilitators and speakers bring national perspective, practitioner experience, and real-world examples to industry audiences. Our team delivers keynotes, conference sessions, workshops, and facilitated discussions on parks and recreation trends, financial sustainability, leadership, equity, planning, operations, and performance while tailoring each experience to the political, cultural and social landscape of our audiences.

Staff Training and Development

PROS customizes staff training to each agency’s goals, service model, and implementation needs. Our training strengthens technical skills, leadership capacity, customer service, operational consistency, and readiness in areas such as cost recovery, program planning, maintenance standards, engagement, strategy, and performance measurement.

CAPRA Readiness

Multiple PROS Team members have direct CAPRA accreditation experience and understand how to translate standards into usable documentation and practices. We help staff identify gaps, organize materials, prepare for review, and build confidence for long-term compliance. An added potential service can include an accessibility assessment performed by our long-time partner Eppley Center for Parks and Public Lands.
