Our approach combines in-person and digital outreach tools to ensure planning recommendations are community-driven, equitable, transparent, fun, and defensible.

Statistically Valid Surveys

PROS teams with our long time partner ETC Institute to develop and administer defensible statistically valid survey instruments that measure priorities, unmet needs, satisfaction, use patterns, program interests, and funding support. The results give agencies objective data to guide recommendations, prioritize investments, and support future funding or policy decisions.
