Nick serves as a Senior Business Analyst at PROS, where he specializes in using data and
business intelligence to provide actionable insights for public agencies. Following a short tenure
in technology consulting focused on data-driven outcomes, Nick returned to PROS to help
agencies utilize data to drive organizational efficiency and bridge the gap between analytics and
strategic implementation. His expertise encompasses a wide range of planning efforts, including
assessments, feasibility studies, market analysis, business process improvement, forecast
modeling, and organizational development and training. Nick’s professional foundation is
strengthened by nearly two decades of work in hospitality, providing him with a unique

Nick is a dedicated community leader, serving as the President and Founder of a youth sports
non-profit and volunteering as a coach for local youth athletics. He combines a high-level
