Client Description

CCPR was created to serve the nature and fitness needs of the community, manage and develop existing spaces and resources, and create a sustainable future for parks and recreation programs through a financially viable and environmentally conscious parks system. CCPR manages and maintains more than 500 acres of park land and numerous recreation facilities, providing more than 5,000 annual classes and programs for all ages.

Project Scope

(Over a span of 7 years) App Development, Business Plans, Customer Service Training, Master Plan and Master Plan Update, Marketing and Branding Plan, Maintenance Management Plan.


Recently, Carmel was named one of the “Best Places to Live in America” by CNN Money Magazine, and parks and recreation played an integral role in the quality of life of residents. The agency recently won the 2014 Gold Medal for Parks and Recreation at NRPA, as well as received CAPRA Accreditation.
